Optima Tours is fully committed to minimizing the environmental impacts of our activities and our objectives are to follow, apply and promote good sustainability practices, internally, with all employees, as well as with our partners, whether clients or suppliers.
In order to be able to apply the best sustainability practices in our daily activities, our sustainability policy is based on and supported by four main pillars, such as sustainability management and the respective legal applications; internal environmental management, including social policy and human rights; the general policy of suppliers and client communication and protection.
We are committed to improving sustainability practices, including the continuous monitoring and evaluation of our Sustainability Policy, with documented procedures and the involvement of all employees and resources necessary and considered adequate to achieve our sustainability objectives.
We select suppliers that comply with sustainability practices, avoiding the maximum negative impact on the environment and that are committed to our Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Our aim is to encourage sustainable development with each and every one of our partners.
We are also committed to making a positive contribution to the sustainable development of the destinations we operate, ensuring that natural resources remain intact.
This sustainable development can be based on 3 pillars: interpretation, conservation and sustainability.
Communication and the protection of our clients is one of our priorities, which is why we are committed to complying with various measures, such as, for example, the confidentiality of client information, compliance with applicable legislation, sending information/data concrete and complete information to clients, among others.
